Meal Choices
When you complete the Registration for Academy Ball form, you will be asked to select one of the following meal choices. If you are bringing a guest or date please share this information with them and get their meal choices before you register. Choices are below.
Dessert platters will be offered at each table.
*If you have special dietary needs, please see Frau immediately. Some accommodations can be made, but we need time to address any issues.
Chicken Cordon Bleu - Herb Baked Chicken Breast stuffed with Swiss Cheese and Ham topped with a Parmesan Cream Sauce served with Parsley Red Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
NY Strip – 6oz. Grilled NY Strip Steak served with a Red Wine Demi-Glace with Yukon Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.
Cheese Tortellini – Cheese Tortellini topped with a Parmesan Cream Sauce.
